Queenstown and Wānaka Ski.
Four ski areas from two bases — Coronet Peak and The Remarkables from Queenstown, Cardrona and Treble Cone from Wānaka — in the southern-hemisphere winter.
What is the Queenstown and Wānaka Ski itinerary?
Seven nights of skiing in the southern-hemisphere winter: four nights in Queenstown for Coronet Peak and The Remarkables, three in Wānaka for Cardrona and Treble Cone, with passes, hire and transfers arranged. Field opening dates confirmed at quotation.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Why it runs in this order.
Queenstown first for the town and the airport, then over the Crown Range to quieter Wānaka. Ski-field roads are unsealed in places and can require chains, so the field days run on shuttles or a private vehicle rather than a rental.
Who it suits: Northern-hemisphere skiers wanting snow in their summer, Australian ski groups, families and school ski trips.
Destination guides on this route: Queenstown, Wānaka.
Services this programme draws on: Ski & snow, Coach & private transfers, Hotels, lodges & accommodation.
