You receive a net quotation
Accommodation is quoted net, with the stay rules, release date and cancellation terms the property gives, alongside transfers and the rest of the programme.
Confirmed in writing
Rooms are confirmed in writing, and rooming lists and special requests are passed to the property before arrival.

Can Explera hold room blocks at hotels and lodges?
Yes, we request room blocks and allotments for groups and series, with a release date and a rooming-list deadline set by each property. Lodges have few rooms, so what can be held is confirmed property by property at quotation.
Do you publish hotel rates?
No. Explera is B2B only. We request trade rates for your dates and quote accommodation net, with the property’s stay rules and cancellation terms.
Are the properties on these pages Explera partners?
