Who may use this site
This site and our services are intended for travel agents, tour operators, MICE planners and industry partners acting in a business capacity. It is not a consumer service and is not directed to children.
Our services and quotations
The site provides information about our destination-management services and lets you request proposals. Content and any indicative pricing are for information only and do not constitute an offer. Quotations are subject to availability and become binding only once confirmed in writing and any required deposit has been received.
Bookings and payment
Our quotations are net trade rates. Bookings are governed by the terms stated on each quotation or contract, including deposit and balance schedules. Payment is made to the receiving accounts we publish or that appear on a numbered invoice; where you pay in a currency other than the invoice currency, conversion charges are borne by the paying party. Cancellation and amendment terms are set out in the applicable quotation or contract.
Our trade relationship
Explera acts as a ground operator for you, the trade partner. Your contract with your own client is separate: Explera has no relationship with, and no liability to, your end clients, and we never market to them.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, structure and branding are owned by Explera or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, republish or otherwise exploit the content except as needed to use our services in the ordinary course of our trade relationship.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party links and portal
The site links to third-party services, including our B2B portal (b2b.expleradmc.com), which may be subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
The site and its information are provided “as is”. Destination information, schedules and third-party details change over time; we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Explera is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Services we contract to provide are governed by the liability terms in the relevant quotation or contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
