- Christchurch, Electric Avenue. The festival runs on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 February 2027 in Hagley Park. Kings of Leon headline the Friday and Calvin Harris the Saturday.
- Australia afterwards. The tour continues to Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne from 28 February.
When do tickets go on sale?
For the Auckland show, the published times are in New Zealand time:
- Pre-sales. A Westpac Mastercard pre-sale opens on Thursday 22 October 2026 at 12pm, and a Live Nation pre-sale on Friday 23 October at 12pm.
- General sale. Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 1pm.
Electric Avenue is listed as sold out for both days. Its organisers say 4,000 extra tickets will be offered to Greater Christchurch residents, with details still to come. We check ticket availability before we quote a package.
How do groups build a trip around the show?
- Auckland first. Most groups arrive a day or two before the Wednesday show, so a late flight does not put the concert at risk.
- Clients who already hold festival tickets. Electric Avenue is two days later, so they can fly to Christchurch on the Thursday or Friday.
- Touring after the concert. A programme can continue to Rotorua or the Bay of Islands, or fly south to Christchurch, the gateway to Aoraki / Mount Cook, Lake Tekapo and Queenstown.
What should agents plan for?
- Rooms first. Large concerts fill hotels in the host city around the show date. Hold rooms as soon as a group is likely.
- Transfers on the night. Venues and festivals set their own drop-off and pick-up rules. We confirm coach access with the organisers and plan a meeting point for the return.
