Wine and food are not included in either. - **Over-18s only.** Tickets are restricted to people aged 18 and over. Photo ID is required: a New Zealand driver licence, a New Zealand 18+ card or a passport. Overseas visitors should carry their passport. - **Fixed bus times.** Buses leave Napier, Taradale, Hastings and Havelock North at 10am, 10:15am or 10:30am, and Waipukurau and Waipawa at 10am and 10:15am. A ticket is valid only for the pick-up point and departure time printed on it. Return buses leave the wineries from 5pm. - **Shuttles between wineries.** Hop-on, hop-off shuttles link the festival sites through the day. The organiser says the festival buses and shuttles are not wheelchair accessible, although the venues are. ## What should agents plan for? - **Ages and ID.** A group with anyone under 18 cannot attend together.
